  • Meet Justin: Family

    Justin Chelf was born and raised in eastern Jefferson County. He grew up in a tightly knit, middle class family who instilled within Justin the values of faith, family, and hard work. Growing up Justin enjoyed playing basebll, soccer, golf, and learning martial arts. Justin, like most of his family, attended Louisville Male High School and the University of Louisville, where he studied business administration.

    Recognizing the potential the internet has, Justin founded Website Mentors, LLC: an internet marketing and website development firm that is located in District 19. Website Mentors helps small, medium, and large businesses along with non-profit and charity organizations utilize the internet to maximize their organizations success. While, Website Mentors has clients all over the country, Justin enjoys working with locals business and non-profits best.

  • Meet Justin: Community

    Because Louisville is Justin's hometown he feels that it is very important to take an active role in his community. Justin is actively involved with the Eastwood Village Community Council. He is also a member of the Bourbon Ball's board (a major fundraiser for the KY Museum of Arts and Crafts) and he and his firm take an active role in planning the Chocolate Fest, one of the largest annual fundraisers benefiting the Louisville AIDS Walk. Justin is a longtime, active member of Southeast Christian Church.

  • Meet Justin: Fun Facts

    * Justin has always enjoyed Martial Arts and has reached the rank of a fourth degree black belt.
    * In high school Justin was a member of Louisville Male's Chorus and sang annually at our community's "Light Up Louisville" celebration.
    * Won first place at the Bluegrass State Games in Table Tennis and Won a blue ribbon in baking at the Eastwood Holiday Festival.
    * Justin's relative Frank Chelf was an 11 term U.S. Congressman.
